What Shipping Methods Are Available?

I offer a 5 working day shipping using Royal Mail, or if you have purchased a larger piece, I will use a courier. I always use tracked delivery for both mine and your piece of mind.

Do You Ship Internationally?

I do ship internationally and your purchase will be packaged securely. Prices are based on country and weight of the piece, this will be automatically worked out at checkout.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

For UK customers it will take no longer than five working days. If you have purchased a commission this will take longer, but I will be in touch to discuss this with you. International orders should take between 5 – 7days depending on where in the world the artwork is being delivered.

Can I pick my package up?

You are more than welcome to pick up your package if you are local to Bristol.
Pick up is from Clifton, Bristol.


What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

I currently only accept Paypal as a payment option, however you do not need a Paypal account to pay, you can simply put your card details in. I use Paypal as this is a secure payment option and is used world wide. To find out more please click here 

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Yes, we use industry standard SSL encryption to protect your details. Potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and card details are encoded so they can only be read on the secure server. This information is authenticated to ensure it only gets sent to this secure server and is checked to make sure it has not been tampered with during transfer.

Security checks are also made on all transactions, to ensure the authenticity of each card payment.


How do I place an Order?

To place an order simply choose what you would like to buy head over to the checkout page to enter your details – you will then be asked to login with Paypal or pay with your card via paypal. After this you will receive an email letting you know I have received your order, and I will get this ready to be sent out to you.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You can change or cancel your order in the first 24 hours from purchase, please email me to let me know.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No you can purchase as a guest.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can check the process of your order if you created an account, in my orders. alternatively I will send you an email to let you know your order has been dispatched. If you feel that the order seems to be taken a long time. Please get in touch I will always be happy to assist.

How Can I Return a Product?

To return a product please get in touch. Due to the nature of my business I offer 7 days. Unfortunately I don’t offer returns on commissions. Please always get in touch though as I will always endeavour to do everything I can.
